In order to strengthen the corporation between employers and adult education providers a blueprint for education cooperation has to be developed. This blueprint of the ‘Reskilling Lab’ describes (based on the analyzed success factors in WP 2) a strong framework concerning the tasks and needed conditions for the involved stakeholders in order to up- and reskill in-transition workers, unemployed or inactive adults, especially from declining sectors to the green and digital economy.
