About the RESCALE Project
The RESCALE project responds to the urgent need for new skills in a rapidly changing labour market. Many adults from declining sectors – whether unemployed, inactive, or in career transition – struggle to access education and training. RESCALE offers innovative solutions to help them gain the basic, digital, green, and transversal skills required for the future.
Key elements of RESCALE:
Together with companies, education providers, and policy-makers, RESCALE aims to empower 210 to 350 adults with new opportunities for sustainable employment in the green and digital economy.
Our Mission
The RESCALE project is committed to empowering vulnerable adults – such as in-transition workers, unemployed and inactive people – by equipping them with the skills needed for the green and digital future. Through innovative Reskilling Labs across Europe, we strive to open new career paths, strengthen lifelong learning, and create a more inclusive and competitive labour market.
