Project outputs put into practice across countries – localised materials support wider impact

Ensuring that project results are actively used in practice is a key part of their impact. In RESCALE, the focus is not only on developing new models, but on making them accessible and usable across different national contexts.

To support this, project outputs have been translated and adapted by partners, who also play an important role in disseminating them within their own networks and integrating them into everyday educational practice.

All localised versions of the Blueprint of the Reskilling Model are available on this project website, making the materials accessible in multiple languages to a wider audience.

A concrete example of further dissemination comes from Croatia, where the project partner CESI has also published their localised version of the Blueprint on their own organisational website. The publication builds on the Reskilling Lab approach developed in the project and focuses on strengthening basic, digital and green skills in adult education.

The Blueprint highlights:

  • individual learning pathways and personalised guidance
  • practical and experiential learning
  • the role of educators as mentors and career counsellors
  • the needs of vulnerable learner groups

It also emphasises collaboration between education providers, employers and public authorities to support employability and smooth transitions in a changing labour market.
The different language versions available on this page demonstrate how the model has been adapted to support diverse learning contexts across partner countries.

You can access them by selecting your preferred language from the top menu.
