An essential part of the ‘Reskilling Lab’ is the enhanced career guidance, counselling and mentoring. All involved stakeholders and especially the involved teachers, trainers and coaches need to work with the innovative methodology of enhanced career guidance, counselling and mentoring (based on the analysis of WP2). Therefore an innovative model of enhanced career guidance, counselling and mentoring should be developed in order to incorporate this way of working in the Reskilling Lab.
