RESCALE-hankkeessa

C
C

1

Vaikutus 3:

Innovatiivinen eurooppalainen Reskilling Lab -suunnitelma, jossa yksityisen ja julkisen sektorin sidosryhmät tekevät yhteistyötä heikossa asemassa olevien aikuisten täydennys- ja uudelleenkoulutuksen alalla ja parantavat etenkin siirtymävaiheessa olevien työntekijöiden, työttömien ja työelämän ulkopuolella olevien aikuisten koulutusmahdollisuuksia. Suunnitelma on tarkoitus ottaa käyttöön eri puolilla Eurooppaa.

1

Impact 4:

“Implemented models for enhanced career guidance, counselling and mentoring in order to up- and reskill for new tasks or into new jobs from declining sectors into the green and digital economy"

Baded on the experiences of the European ‘Reskilling Labs’ the enhanced model for career guidance, counselling and mentoring in order to up- and reskill for new tasks or into new jobs from declining sectors into the green and digital economy will be implemented in the different partner countries and the cooperation between stakeholders will be innovated and improved.

1

Impact 5:

“Innovative cooperation between companies (including small- and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises), adult education providers (non-formal and formal), training providers and public and private companies focusing on presses of up- and reskilling for new tasks and jobs from declining sectors into the green and digital economy"

Via the prototype of the digital decision support system and policy-model in order to support the effective choice of strategies to up- and reskill skills of in-transition workers, unemployed or inactive adults in a qualitative way, a comparative analysis between all involved partner countries will be realized to optimize cooperation between partners.

1

Impact 6:

“Reached in-transition workers, unemployed and inactive adults"

A significant number of the target group to mention in-transition workers, unemployed and inactive adults will be reached as well as professionals who will use the deliverables and products of the RESCALE project.

1

Impact 7:

“Reached professionals (active use and receptive use)"

The expected number of active professionals of different stakeholders will be 210 to 300 in 7 countries (via involvement in the development or exploitation of the European ‘Reskilling Labs’) and circa 100.000 professionals of different stakeholders who will be reached by dissemination.

1

Vaikutus 4:

1

Vaikutus 6:

Siirtymävaiheessa olevien työntekijöiden, työttömien ja työelämän ulkopuolella olevien aikuisten tavoittaminen.

Hankkeessa tavoitetaan merkittävä määrä kohderyhmän jäseniä eli siirtymävaiheessa olevia työntekijöitä, työttömiä ja työelämän ulkopuolella olevia aikuisia sekä ammattilaisia, jotka käyttävät RESCALE-hankkeen tuotteita.

1

Vaikutus 7:

Ammattilaisten tavoittaminen (aktiivinen ja vastaanottava käyttö).

Eri sidosryhmien aktiivisten ammattilaisten määrän odotetaan olevan 210–300 seitsemässä maassa (Reskilling Labien kehittämisen tai hyödyntämisen kautta), ja noin 100 000 ammattilaista tavoitetaan levittämällä tietoa hankkeesta.

Module 3 – “Trades and Freelance Professions” covers bookkeeping for sole proprietors and preparing income tax returns.
