RESCALE projekto

C
C

Projekto RESCALE rezultatai skirstomi į du lygmenis: individualų (skirtą suaugusiems besimokantiesiems – pereinamojo laikotarpio darbuotojams, bedarbiams ar neaktyviems asmenims) ir infrastruktūrinį (skirtą suinteresuotosioms šalims, pvz.: įmonėms, švietimo ir mokymo teikėjams bei viešajam sektoriui). Žemiau aprašomas kiekvienas poveikio tipas:

1

1 poveikis:

„Didesnis pažeidžiamų suaugusiųjų, ypač pereinamojo laikotarpio darbuotojų, bedarbių ir neaktyvių asmenų, dalyvavimas mokymosi visą gyvenimą procese.“

Pirma, individualaus suaugusiojo mokinio lygmeniu (pavyzdžiui, pereinamojo laikotarpio darbuotojai, bedarbiai ir neaktyvūs suaugusieji) bus pasiekta daugiau mokinių (dėl įvairių suinteresuotųjų šalių novatoriško požiūrio).

1

2 poveikis:

1

3 poveikis:

  • 140 hours of work-based learning (WBL), and
  • 60 hours of independent learner activities (ILA).

Of the total WBL hours, 20% (28 hours) take place directly with employers, while 80% (112 hours) are conducted online in real time, through simulated workplace environments that replicate authentic business situations

Assessment

The assessment in the Bookkeeping Reskilling Lab evaluates both technical competence and personal growth. Learners are continuously assessed through practical tasks in Minimax software, oral exams, reflections, and a Work-Based Learning Journal. Mentoring, coaching, and self-assessment activities also measure progress in soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and self-confidence, ensuring participants are prepared for independent and empowered professional work.
