Het RESCALE-project heeft twee soorten resultaten, één op het niveau van de individuele volwassen leerling (met name werknemers in transitie, werklozen en inactieve volwassenen) en één op het niveau van de infrastructuur van de verschillende belanghebbenden (bijv. bedrijven (waaronder kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen en micro-ondernemingen), aanbieders van volwasseneneducatie (niet-formeel en formeel), opleidingsaanbieders en publieke en private bedrijven), die per type resultaat worden beschreven
Producten
Het RESCALE-project zal verschillende producten opleveren, die na elke afzonderlijke fase van het project zullen worden gelanceerd, waaronder:

Kringloop Rataplan
De Kringloop Academie van Kringloop Rataplan biedt een leeromgeving voor medewerkers, vrijwilligers en deelnemers met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Het traject combineert online leren met praktijkopdrachten. Deelnemers ontwikkelen vaardigheden zoals samenwerking en communicatie en doen werkervaring op. Leidinggevenden begeleiden hen en krijgen ondersteuning. In samenwerking met gemeenten en UWV stimuleert het traject doorstroom naar werk.

Kringloop Zeist biedt een leeromgeving op de werkvloer voor mensen met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Deelnemers doen ervaring op in o.a. winkel, loods en logistiek. Het traject is praktisch en flexibel, met taken passend bij interesses en mogelijkheden. Begeleiding gebeurt door medewerkers en trajectbegeleiders. Aanmelding kan via organisaties of zelf, met focus op ontwikkeling richting participatie of werk.

Vista College - Integrale volwasseneneducatie en beroepsonderwijs bij Beyond
Het Vista College ontwikkelt bij Beyond een intensief leertraject, waarin deelnemers taalonderwijs combineren met een mbo niveau 1 opleiding en werkervaring binnen de medische logistiek. Door deze combinatie van leren en werken ontwikkelen deelnemers niet alleen taalvaardigheid, maar behalen zij ook een diploma en bouwen zij direct werkervaring op.

Bij Wasbeer & Pauw volgen bewoners van asielopvang in Eindhoven een leerprogramma rond taal, werkvaardigheden en participatie. Het traject bestaat uit korte workshops en taallessen. Deelnemers starten direct en leren praktisch in groepen op verschillende niveaus. Mentoren bieden intensieve begeleiding. Het programma stimuleert participatie, versnelt inburgering en helpt richting werk en zelfstandigheid.

CVO MIRAS offers a practice-oriented electromechanics programme for adults seeking a fresh start in the labour market. It combines classroom learning with workplace training, focusing on technical and practical skills. The target group mainly includes low-qualified adults. With support from teachers, social security office and companies, participants gain experience and progress towards employment and self-confidence.

CVO Qrios offers a practical programme where adults learn professional clothing repair, aimed at non-native speakers and those moving into social employment. It combines lessons with workplace experience at Maakbar. Besides technical skills, it builds confidence and work attitudes. Teachers and supervisors guide participants and support their progression towards employment.
