Projekt RESCALE ima dvije vrste ishoda: jednu na razini pojedinog odraslog polaznika (npr. radnici u tranziciji, nezaposleni i neaktivni odrasli) i jednu na razini infrastrukture različitih dionika (npr. poduzeća, uključujući mala i srednja poduzeća te mikro poduzeća, pružatelje obrazovanja odraslih – neformalnog i formalnog, pružatelje treninga te javne i privatne organizacije), koje će biti opisane po vrsti ishoda.

Ishod 1:

„Povećana stopa sudjelovanja ranjivih odraslih osoba, a posebno radnika u tranziciji, nezaposlenih i neaktivnih odraslih, u cjeloživotnom učenju“

Na razini pojedinog odraslog polaznika bit će uključeno više polaznika zahvaljujući inovativnom pristupu različitih dionika.

„Usavršene i prekvalificirane vještine 210 do 350 radnika u tranziciji, nezaposlenih i neaktivnih odraslih za nove zadatke ili radna mjesta iz opadajućih sektora u zelenu i digitalnu ekonomiju“

Vještine radnika u tranziciji, nezaposlenih i neaktivnih odraslih bit će usavršene i prekvalificirane za nove zadatke ili radna mjesta iz opadajućih sektora u zelenu i digitalnu ekonomiju, što će rezultirati i boljim kompetencijama i boljim položajem na tržištu rada.

Ishod 3:

„Ostvareni inovativni nacrt europskih ‘Reskilling Labova’ u kojima dionici iz privatnog i javnog sektora surađuju s fokusom na usavršavanje i prekvalifikaciju ranjivih odraslih te na poboljšanje obrazovanja i treninga za ranjive odrasle, a posebno radnike u tranziciji, nezaposlene i neaktivne, koji će se proširiti diljem Europe“

Infrastruktura različitih dionika (npr. Poduzeća, uključujući mala i srednja poduzeća i mikro poduzeća, pružatelje obrazovanja odraslih – neformalnog i formalnog, pružatelje treninga te javne i privatne organizacije) koja se fokusira na usavršavanje i prekvalifikaciju vještina radnika u tranziciji, nezaposlenih i neaktivnih odraslih bit će optimizirana kroz obnovljeni inovativni pristup europskih „Reskilling Labova“. To će rezultirati poboljšanom suradnjom i inovativnim putovima obrazovanja i osposobljavanja.

Impact 4:

“Implemented models for enhanced career guidance, counselling and mentoring in order to up- and reskill for new tasks or into new jobs from declining sectors into the green and digital economy"

Baded on the experiences of the European ‘Reskilling Labs’ the enhanced model for career guidance, counselling and mentoring in order to up- and reskill for new tasks or into new jobs from declining sectors into the green and digital economy will be implemented in the different partner countries and the cooperation between stakeholders will be innovated and improved.

“Innovative cooperation between companies (including small- and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises), adult education providers (non-formal and formal), training providers and public and private companies focusing on presses of up- and reskilling for new tasks and jobs from declining sectors into the green and digital economy"

Via the prototype of the digital decision support system and policy-model in order to support the effective choice of strategies to up- and reskill skills of in-transition workers, unemployed or inactive adults in a qualitative way, a comparative analysis between all involved partner countries will be realized to optimize cooperation between partners.

A significant number of the target group to mention in-transition workers, unemployed and inactive adults will be reached as well as professionals who will use the deliverables and products of the RESCALE project.

The expected number of active professionals of different stakeholders will be 210 to 300 in 7 countries (via involvement in the development or exploitation of the European ‘Reskilling Labs’) and circa 100.000 professionals of different stakeholders who will be reached by dissemination.

Na temelju iskustava europskih „Reskilling Labova“, unaprijeđeni model profesionalnog usmjeravanja, savjetovanja i mentorstva za usavršavanje i prekvalifikaciju za nove zadatke ili radna mjesta iz opadajućih sektora u zelenu i digitalnu ekonomiju provest će se u različitim partnerskim zemljama, a suradnja među dionicima bit će inovirana i poboljšana.

Putem prototipa digitalnog sustava potpore odlučivanju i modela javnih politika za podršku učinkovitom odabiru strategija za usavršavanje i prekvalifikaciju radnika u tranziciji, nezaposlenih i neaktivnih odraslih, provest će se komparativna analiza svih uključenih partnerskih zemalja kako bi se optimizirala suradnja među partnerima.

Očekuje se da će broj aktivnih profesionalaca različitih dionika biti od 210 do 300 u 7 zemalja (putem sudjelovanja u razvoju ili iskorištavanju europskih „Reskilling Labova“), dok će približno 100.000 profesionalaca biti dosegnuto diseminacijom.

Obrazovni program za parcijalne kvalifikacije

Glavni ciljevi

Osnažiti odrasle polaznike — osobito one koji su nezaposleni, u tranziciji ili traže nove karijerne putove — pružanjem praktičnih knjigovodstvenih, digitalnih i prenosivih vještina kroz fleksibilan, na polaznika usmjeren i karijerno orijentiran model osposobljavanja koji povezuje obrazovanje i tržište rada.

Struktura tečaja

Polaznici razvijaju ključne digitalne, komunikacijske i numeričke vještine kroz svakodnevno korištenje cloud računovodstvenog softvera Minimax, izvršavajući zadatke koji razvijaju preciznost, analitičko razmišljanje i digitalnu pismenost. Zelene vještine potiču se kroz module koji promiču održive prakse i učinkovite, procese bez papira.

Modul 1 – „Otvaranje poslovnih knjiga“ uči kako primijeniti računovodstvene koncepte i evidentirati početna stanja pomoću softvera.
Modul 2 – „Knjigovodstveno evidentiranje poslovnih promjena uz pomoć aplikativnog softvera“ usmjeren je na bilježenje i upravljanje poslovnim događajima u skladu sa zakonskim propisima.
Modul 3 – „Obrti i slobodna zanimanja“ obuhvaća vođenje knjigovodstva za samostalne djelatnosti te izradu prijava poreza na dohodak.

• 50 sati vođenog učenja i poučavanja (GLI)
• 140 sati učenja temeljenog na radu (WBL)
• 60 sati samostalnih aktivnosti polaznika (ILA)

 

Od ukupnog broja sati učenja temeljenog na radu (WBL), 20 % (28 sati) odvija se izravno kod poslodavaca, dok se 80 % (112 sati) provodi online u stvarnom vremenu, kroz simulirana radna okruženja koja oponašaju stvarne poslovne situacije.

Vrednovanje

Vrednovanje u Labu obuhvaća i tehničke kompetencije i osobni razvoj. Polaznici se kontinuirano procjenjuju kroz praktične zadatke u softveru Minimax, usmene provjere, refleksije i Dnevnik učenja temeljenog na radu. Mentorstvo, coaching i aktivnosti samoprocjene dodatno prate napredak u mekim vještinama poput komunikacije, prilagodljivosti i samopouzdanja, osiguravajući da su sudionici spremni za samostalan i osnažen profesionalni rad.

CVO MIRAS offers a practice-oriented electromechanics programme for adults seeking a fresh start in the labour market. It combines classroom learning with workplace training, focusing on technical and practical skills. The target group mainly includes low-qualified adults. Wasbeer & Pauw

At Wasbeer & Pauw, residents of asylum centres in Eindhoven follow a programme focused on language, work skills and participation. It combines short workshops and lessons in a practical, interactive setting. Participants start on arrival and learn in groups at different levels. Mentors offer intensive support. The programme boosts participation, speeds up integration, and supports steps toward work and independence.

10-week module, with one language session and one workshop per week

1 hour per week of language lessons and 1.5 hours per week of workshops 

Assessment

Attendance is rewarded with a certificate; provided the attendance records show sufficient attendance, the participant will receive a certificate co-signed by the Municipality of Eindhoven, which will contribute to the participant’s integration should they be granted status and officially begin the integration process.
