CESI is a feminist civil society organization, founded on 8 March 1997. Our mission is to advocate for women’s advancement and realise gender equality through rights‑based work in the fields of labour, sexual & reproductive health, media and violence prevention. We combine research, education, legal counselling and public advocacy to contribute to a more just and equal society.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
Through the RESCALE project, CESI supports the creation of Reskilling Labs focused on empowering unemployed women, connecting education providers, employers, and employment services. We are developing a policy model and decision support system for effective reskilling strategies, while ensuring inclusive access and gender-aware approaches so that no vulnerable group is left behind.

Brief Description of the Organization
The Helsinki Finnish Adult Education Centre is a liberal adult education institution offering local residents independent learning opportunities and cultural experiences in languages and theoretical, practical and art subjects. The mission of the centre is to provide adults with opportunities for self-improvement and lifelong learning – knowledge, skills, experiences – and to promote the wellbeing of the individual and the community based on the principles of liberal adult education.

The Helsinki Finnish Adult Education Centre is responsible for project's communication, dissemination and exploitation plans to provide information on the quality, relevance and effectiveness of the results of the RESCALE project to key actors.

Brief Description of the Organization
Progress Consult Ltd. is a Danish-Hungarian consultancy advancing adult learning in Hungary. We focus on quality assurance, professional development, and innovation in continuing education. We manage the European Basic Skills Network (EBSN), lead Erasmus+ and Norway Grants projects, advise policymakers, deliver training, and promote cross-sector cooperation.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
Within the Rescale project, Progress Consult is responsible for piloting the 'Reskilling Labs' in seven different countries. These labs help in-transition workers, the unemployed, and inactive adults to develop the skills they need for new tasks or jobs in the green and digital economy. The labs work in cooperation with local, regional, and national employers, adult education providers, public and private organisations, and communities.

LITHUANIAN EDUCATION AND SCIENCE TRADE UNION
Brief Description of the Organization
The Lithuanian Education and Science Trade Union (LESTU) is Lithuania’s largest education union with over 12,000 members. Representing all education sectors, it protects educators’ social, economic, and professional interests through policy dialogue, collective bargaining, and training. As a member of LPSK, EI, and ETUCE, LESTU promotes fair working conditions and aligns education with national and societal needs.
Brief Description of the Role in the Project
LESTU leads WP6, developing a digital manual to guide trainers, coaches, and stakeholders in up- and reskilling adults for green and digital economy jobs across Europe. It will run one of the seven Labs in Lithuania.

The RESCALE project is funded by the European Union to support reskilling and upskilling for adults facing labor market challenges. Through the creation of innovative Reskilling Labs, the project strengthens transversal, digital, green and basic skills, ensuring that vulnerable groups can successfully adapt to the green and digital transitions.
