u RESCALE projektu
Projekt RESCALE ima dvije vrste ishoda: jednu na razini pojedinog odraslog polaznika (npr. radnici u tranziciji, nezaposleni i neaktivni odrasli) i jednu na razini infrastrukture različitih dionika (npr. poduzeća, uključujući mala i srednja poduzeća te mikro poduzeća, pružatelje obrazovanja odraslih – neformalnog i formalnog, pružatelje treninga te javne i privatne organizacije), koje će biti opisane po vrsti ishoda.

Projekt RESCALE isporučit će nekoliko proizvoda koji će biti objavljeni nakon svake faze projekta, među kojima:

Polaznici razvijaju ključne digitalne, komunikacijske i numeričke vještine kroz svakodnevno korištenje cloud računovodstvenog softvera Minimax, izvršavajući zadatke koji razvijaju preciznost, analitičko razmišljanje i digitalnu pismenost. Zelene vještine potiču se kroz module koji promiču održive prakse i učinkovite, procese bez papira. Modul 1 – „Otvaranje poslovnih knjiga“ uči kako primijeniti računovodstvene koncepte i evidentirati početna stanja pomoću softvera. |

Od ukupnog broja sati učenja temeljenog na radu (WBL), 20 % (28 sati) odvija se izravno kod poslodavaca, dok se 80 % (112 sati) provodi online u stvarnom vremenu, kroz simulirana radna okruženja koja oponašaju stvarne poslovne situacije. |

Vrednovanje u Labu obuhvaća i tehničke kompetencije i osobni razvoj. Polaznici se kontinuirano procjenjuju kroz praktične zadatke u softveru Minimax, usmene provjere, refleksije i Dnevnik učenja temeljenog na radu. Mentorstvo, coaching i aktivnosti samoprocjene dodatno prate napredak u mekim vještinama poput komunikacije, prilagodljivosti i samopouzdanja, osiguravajući da su sudionici spremni za samostalan i osnažen profesionalni rad. |

Program Digitalno samopouzdanje za svakodnevni život i rad pomaže odraslima razviti te meke vještine kroz praktično i podržavajuće učenje. Vlastitim tempom ojačat ćete samopouzdanje, samostalnost i digitalnu osviještenost, istovremeno učeći koristiti online alate, stvarati i dijeliti jednostavan sadržaj, sigurno pristupati digitalnim javnim uslugama te rješavati osnovne tehničke probleme. Program vas priprema za snalaženje u svakodnevnim zadacima i na promjenjivom tržištu rada s većim samopouzdanjem, u sigurnom i poticajnom okruženju.

As part of our 140-year-old vocational training centre, the Reskilling Lab offers an innovative learning space for low-skilled adults.
We address gaps in basic skills, develop the competencies required by employers and prepare learners for the digital and green transition, using internationally recognised methodology and providing individual support throughout the learning process.
